This FTA scenarios table (June 2023) shows producers of excise goods which declarations to file and when. It covers production in free circulation, production inside a Designated Zone and release from it, export of goods on which tax was paid, and use of excise goods to produce other excise goods. For each scenario it names the form, such as the production declaration EX202B, the release declaration EX201 or EX202C, and the Deductible Excise Tax form EX203, and explains when tax is paid or deducted.
